Un1co
UN1CO is a 2 component,1-coat oil from the newest generation using renewable natural raw materials. Thanks to its special technology there is only one coat needed to finish your parquet. The combination of the oil with the hardener results in a fast drying and excellent chemical and mechanical resistant finish. UN1CO is VOC and Cobalt free.
Range of application
Industrial application for wood flooring and wood panels. Only for interior use.
Application
Preparation substrate:
Prepare the wood according the rules of the art and remove the sanding dust carefully.
Processing:
- Mix the oil with the hardener (100/30) and let the product rest for about 10 minutes.
- When needed color the wood with stains from Ciranova Industrial Finishes.
- UN1CO can be applied with a roller coater and can be buffed after with a white or beige pad.
- Use brushes to remove the marks of the buffing pads.
Protection
UN1CO colors and protects in only 1 coat.
Important information
Used cloths or pads should be plunged in water because of the danger of spontaneous combustion.
Colored Hardwaxoils should always be tested before treating the entire surface.
Used sanding grain, type of wood,… may affect the final color.
