Fortico spray
FORTICO SPRAY is a strong hydro 2K PU varnish, with adjusted viscosity to finish vertical parts. FORTICO SPRAY gives a ultramatt finish and is slightly lightening the wood (natural wood effect). FORTICO SPRAY has a high chemical and mechanical resistance and is designed with the most innovative technologies.
Range of application
Industrial application for wooden staircases and parquet, as well as chairs, furniture and other wooden objects for vertical and horizontal applications. FORTICO SPRAY has special anti-slip characteristics
Application
Preparation substrate:
Prepare the wood according the rules of the art and remove the sanding dust carefully.
Processing:
- Add hardener (100:10) and stir well before use.
- Sand the wooden substrate with grain P180-P220.
- When needed color the wood with stains from Ciranova Industrial Finishes.
- Depending on the kind of wood, application and intented aspect, apply 2 or 3 coats with intermediate sanding P280 – P320.
Protection
Fortico Spray can be used as base and topcoat.
Important information
Fortico Spray skins fast in contact with air, if necessary filter before use.
It is recommended to first make a test on the wood before starting the production.
Be aware of discoloration or delamination because of the substances in the wood or special wood species.
Use only stainless material.
After use, rinse the material directly with Hydro Cleaner and water.
