UV flooring sealer matt

This UV flooring clear sealer matt is a UV curing product and reach a high level of transparancy / matt pore’s. Used in open pore UV wood flooring systems.
Range of application
Industrial application for wood flooring and wood panels. Only for interior use.
Material use
Application
Preparation substrate:
Prepare the wood according the rules of the art and remove the sanding dust carefully.
Processing:
- Stir well before use.
- Apply +/- 15 – 30 g/m2.
- UV Flooring sealer matt is intend to use as next layer on the UV Hydroprimer clear 7893.
- Cure by UV lamps (1 lamp Hg 80W –5-10 m beltspeed)
- Topcoat: UV Topcoat 7894 AS GL 10.

Protection
UV Lacquer system.
Important information
Protect open drums from UV light.
Close carefully drums after using.
Check adhesion of the system on regular bases, change settings of the UV lamps when necessary.
Temperature of use 15-40°C.
